Day 1: Arrival in Bhubaneswar

Receive assistance at the Bhubaneswar Airport and Transport to Hotel. Visit to different temples in Bhubaneswar in the afternoon. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 2: Bhubaneswar - Dhenkanal

After breakfast, drive to Dhenkanal visit the people working on the Lost Wax process. Post lunch, visit to Joranda to see the rituals of the monks of Mahima community. Stay O/N at Hotel.

Day 3: Dhenkanal - Bhubaneswar

After breakfast, drive to Bhubaneswar visiting cotton and silk weaving community at Nuapatna. Stay O/N at Hotel.

Day 4: Bhubaneswar - Konark - Puri

After breakfast, drive to Puri en route visiting Konark. On the way, visit to Pipili where the entire people work on appliqué works and visit the fisherman community in Konark. Stay overnight in Hotel at Puri.

Day 5: Puri

After breakfast, move to Satapada for visiting the lake and the Orisan fishermen community. Stay overnight at hotel in Puri

Day 6: Puri

After breakfast, visit the Raghurajpur artisan village of painting community, overnight at hotel in Puri.

Day 7: Puri - Bhubaneswar Departure

After breakfast, drive to the Bhubaneswar Airport for onward journey back home or any other choice of destination.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Please note:

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
• All disputes are subject to Odisha jurisdiction only.
