Itinerary Details :

Day-1 : Arrive Bhubaneswar - Satkosia

Arrival assistance and drive to Satkosia, Afternoon a short boat cruise to explore the nature. Overnight in tented accommodation. (B,L,D)

Day-2 : Satakosia

Morning take the boat cruise in the gorge to see crocodiles & alligators lazing around in the sand banks. Afternoon trek along nature trail followed by evening bonfire. Overnight in tented accommodation. (B,L,D)

Day-3 : Satakosia - Bhitarkanika

After breakfast drive to Dangmal, afternoon enjoy watching the mangrove forest, birding inside the campus /Dangmaal with deers and avian species. Check into Forest cottage and Overnight . (B,L,D)

Day-4 : Bhitarkanika

Morning take a boat cruise to see estuarine crocodiles laying in the creeks, Also trek inside the Bhitarkanika island to see different birds & animals in their natural habitat. Overnight at resort.

Day-5 : Bhitarkanika - Bhubaneswar

Morning session of birding inside the campus / Dangmaal , return for the breakfast , leave for Bhubaneswar , lunch on way , visit near by temples back to hotel (B,L,D)

Day-6 : Bhitarkanika - Mangalajodi

Early morning birding at ekamra park in search of Pale capped Pigeon and other forest birds, back to hotel for breakfast , then leave for Manglajodi checkin at cottages, after lunch go to wetland for birding, back to cottage (LBD)

Day-7 : Mangalajodi

Early morning birding at the wet land of Manglajodi , return for breakfast to the cottage take rest till lunch , second session of birding start at 2.30 pm till 5.30 pm , back to cottage, (B,L,D)

Day-8 : Mangalajodi - Bhubaneswar Departure

Morning session of birding at the wetland , back for breakfast ,and drive to Bhubaneswar for onward journey.

Payment Terms :

• Advance 50% payment to book your seat
• 100% balance payment at least 30 days before the commencement of tour
• Refund policy in case of cancellation:
• 80% of total cost if cancelled 60 days or more before the commencement of tour
• 50% of total cost if cancelled 30 days to 59 days before the commencement of tour
• 20% of total cost if cancelled 16 days to 29 days before the commencement of tour
• No refund if cancelled 15 days or lesser before the commencement of tour

Date of cancellation will be the date of written (email) communication of intent to cancel, received by us. Refund amount will be calculated excluding the date of commencement of tour.

• By agreeing to participate in any of our tours, the participant confirms to understand and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions, including the below mentioned:
• Fitness to complete the Tour is the sole criterion for participation.
• Participants are advised to consult their physician in case they have any kind of medical history of hypertension, cardiac issues or any other ailments.
• Tour mentor's decisions during the tour are final and binding.
• Tropical Vacation can not be held responsible for injuries, damages or losses caused to any participant due to acts of god,terrorist activities, social or labour unrest, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments or any other conditions or omissions outside the control of Tropical Vacations
• All participants travelling with Tropical Vacations must complete and sign a Risk Release Agreement before the commencement of tour.
• All disputes are subject to Odisha jurisdiction only.
