Cancellation Policy
- When information of cancellation is received by the concerned Manager before the scheduled date of arrival for which the reservation is made, the refund will be made as follows:
- Before 8 days from the date of arrival 75 % of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Within 8 days but before 4 days from the date of arrival 50 % of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 4 days from the date of arrival the total booking amount will be forfeited.
Child Policy
Children below 5 years of age accompanied by their parents or guardians may be allowed to stay with their parents or guardians in the same room without paying any extra charges for accommodation provided no extra bed is demanded for their use.
