Day 01: Delhi – Gorakhpur

In the early morning, take the train to Gorakhpur. Stay overnight at hotel in Gorakhpur.

Day 02: Gorakhpur – Kapilvastu – Lumbini

In the early morning, go by road to Lumbini via Kapilvastu. Visit the sacred site in Lumbini where Lord Buddha was born. Stay overnight at hotel in Lumbini/Sonauli.

Day 03: Lumbini – Kushinagar

In the early morning, go by road to Kushinagar. Visit the sacred sites in Kushinagar where Lord Buddha attained his Mahaparinirvan. Stay overnight at hotel in Kushinagar.

Day 04: Kushinagar – Vaishali – Patna

In the early morning, go by road to Patna via Vaishali. Visit the sacred sites in Vaishali, which Lord Buddha visited during his life many times. Stay overnight at hotel in Patna.

Day 05: Patna – Nalanda – Rajgir – Bodhgaya

In the early morning, go by road to Bodhgaya via Nalanda and Rajgir. Bodhgaya is the place where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment. Stay overnight at hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 06: Bodhgaya – Varanasi – Sarnath

In the early morning, go by road to Sarnath via Varanasi. Sarnath is the place where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after his Enlightenment. Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 07: Sarnath – Varanasi – Bhubaneswar by FLT

This Tour can be ended here or extended to Bhubaneswar

Arrive in Bhubaneswar 


Meet and greet upon Arrival at the Bhubaneswar Airport and transport to hotel, check in and later proceed to visit Dhauli (Buddhist Shanti Stupa). Stay overnight in the hotel “Swosti Plaza”.

Day 08: Exc. Visit Buddhist Monasteries and Chaityas at Puspagiri

After breakfast, day visit excursion to the Diamond triangle of Odisha (Ratnagiri-Udayagiri & Lalitgiri & it was called Pushpagiri). It is a place for Kalachakra Tantra of Buddhism and also explores the engraved elephant at Langudi. Later, drive back to Bhubaneswar and stay overnight.

Day 09: In Bhubaneswar

In the morning, visit the Parsurameswar temple, Mukteswar Temple, Rajarani temple, Lingaraj temple from the platform and Vaital temple. In the afternoon, visit the Jain caves – Khandagiri and Udayagiri. Stay overnight in Bhubaneswar.

Day 10:Bhubneshwar – Konark – Puri

Drive from Bhubaneswar to Puri, famous for the Jagannath Temple, tour one of the holiest pilgrimage centers for Hindus, and also its superb beaches. Visit the Jagannath temple from the Rooftop (N.B.: Non-Hindus are not allowed inside the Temple) En route visit Konark, one of the world’s wonders according to Mark Twain. It is amongst the most vivid architectural treasures of Hindu India. Stay overnight in Puri.

Day 11: Puri

In the morning, visit Puri city, including pilgrim activities. Then proceed to visit the Chilka Lake on Satpada. Take the Boat cruise to explore friendly Irrawaddy Dolphins. Stay overnight.

Day 12: Puri – Bhubaneswar

In the morning, head towards Bhubaneswar. En route visit the Raghurajpur artisan village, Pipili applique craft village and Tantrik temple in the Herapur village. Stay overnight in Bhubaneswar.

Day 13: Departure

In the morning, have breakfast and then departure-transport to airport in Kolkata/Delhi.
